Sardek P. Love, Founder and President
Professional Experience
Sardek is a dynamic, internationally recognized speaker and proven consultant with 17 years of professional experience in the disciplines of leadership development, customer service, production and operations management, management information systems, training and development, and performance management. He is a 1992 graduate of Virginia Tech’s Marketing Education program, one of the top programs of its kind in the U.S. Prior to launching ICTS, Sardèk was a Program Manager for Booz Allen Hamilton – a leading global technology and strategy consulting firm, and he served in a variety of management roles in the Insurance industry with MetLife Insurance Company – a Fortune 37 company, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
